ZigBee, RF4CE, JenNet-IP and IEEE802.15.4 wireless microcontroller with 256 kB Flash, 32 kB RAM

JN5168微控制器是一款超低功耗、高性能的無線微控制器,支持JenNet-IP、ZigBeePRO及RF4CE網(wǎng)絡(luò)協(xié)議棧,以方便家庭自動(dòng)化、智能能源、光鏈路和遠(yuǎn)程控制應(yīng)用的發(fā)展。該系列微控制器配置了增強(qiáng)型32位RISC處理器,內(nèi)嵌256 kB Flash,32 kB RAM和 4 kB E2PROM,通過可變寬度指令、多級(jí)指令流水線、低功耗與可編程時(shí)鐘速度來提高代碼效率。同時(shí)還包括一個(gè)2.4GHzIEEE802.15.4標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的收發(fā)器和一個(gè)全面的混合模擬和數(shù)字外設(shè)。三種內(nèi)存配置可供選擇,以適應(yīng)不同的應(yīng)用。工作電流為15mA,具有0.6uA睡眠定時(shí)模式,使設(shè)備可以以紐扣電池供電并使電池壽命更長。
JN5168無線微控制器的外設(shè)支持廣泛的應(yīng)用。這些外設(shè)包括I2C,可配置成主機(jī)或者從機(jī)的SPI接口,一個(gè)4通道ADC,一個(gè)溫度傳感器。同時(shí)還支持一個(gè)100個(gè)元素或者20鍵電容觸摸屏的開關(guān)矩陣。
